Procurement Professional

 

Join us in driving strategic procurement activity for the full lifecycle of high-frequency systems that underpin secure and resilient defence operations.

 

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to lead contract negotiations, RFQ/RFI/RFT processes, and supplier performance management. Your expertise will help shape procurement plans, mitigate supply chain risks, and foster collaborative partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.

 

The ideal candidate will possess Australian Citizenship, Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain one), proven commercial acumen, negotiation skills, category management knowledge, supply chain mechanisms understanding, and risk assessment expertise. Additionally, you should have experience in supply base management, strategic sourcing, technical knowledge of assets, goods, and services applicable to maintenance, repairs, or overhauls of equipment, and practitioner of procurement policies, processes, and procedures related to category management.

 

You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, driving sourcing strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering innovation.
