We are seeking a highly skilled People Relations Specialist to join our team.
This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive people relations strategies that align with our company goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and award interpretation.
They will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment legislation and conducting thorough investigations to ensure fair and unbiased resolution of workplace issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people relations strategies
- Provide expert advice on employment legislation
- Conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues
- Manage reporting and employee records
Award Interpretation and Compliance
- Provide expert interpretation and advice of awards covering our team members
Performance Management
- Drive the performance review process
- Manage and continuously develop the modern performance management framework
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a Human Resources senior advisory or business partner role
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues and providing advice on performance management
- Thorough knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation
