Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Intranet Development Manager to join our team in North Melbourne. As the Intranet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and management of our brand new SharePoint-based intranet, WISE Central.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing and implementing intranets for large organisations, with a strong understanding of SharePoint and its capabilities. You will lead a community of content authors, coordinate efforts, and encourage a collaborative and consistent approach.

You will provide coaching and feedback to content authors, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and skillsets required for their roles. Additionally, you will develop and own a rolling roadmap for future optimisation and development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues. They will also have project management experience and a proven ability to effect behavioural change across an organisation.

This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, monitoring intranet usage, and providing insightful reporting to key stakeholders. You will also maintain a good understanding of industry best practice and new technological opportunities that can add business value to WISE Central.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
