Job Title

  • Manage emergent industrial matters, lead key projects, and play a lead role in award maintenance and enterprise bargaining processes, including negotiation, conciliation, and arbitration.
  • Provide high-level support in the implementation of whole-of-government human resource and industrial relations policy and initiatives across the department.
  • Manage key emergent projects and initiatives impacting the department's workforce.
About You

Effective communicator with high-level skills in enterprise bargaining processes, including day-to-day negotiations and conciliation or arbitration hearings. Additionally, strong analytical and research skills to assess, understand, and report on complex issues.
