As a Human Resources Consultant, you will be part of a team of passionate HR professionals working in partnership with a range of clients and business areas across the organisation.
If you like variety then this role is for you. You will be involved in delivering a range of HR services, including providing HR advice, working with staff to resolve issues, providing coaching, training and support to senior leaders and staff.
We are looking for someone with
- highly developed communication and consultation skills and the ability to liaise and

negotiate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- research and analysis skills and ability to prepare reports, briefing notes and correspondence on a range of human resource management issues.
- excellent problem-solving as it pertains to the resolution of complex HR matters
- the ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve goals and meet

deadlines, and deal with competing demands and manage multiple complex projects and tasks.
