Human Resources Consultant Role

This is a pivotal position in providing HR guidance and support across multiple stakeholder groups.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional with significant HR consulting expertise to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, business acumen, and case management within the medical sector.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand their business units and developing strong working relationships
  • Influencing and providing guidance on ER matters, including performance management and disciplinary management
  • Supporting HSWE incident management and interpreting remuneration and reward systems
  • Advising on legal and regulatory frameworks of workplace relations and end-to-end HR administration tasks
