  • This is a challenging role requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to clinical leadership and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring safe patient care outcomes.
  • Providing education and supervision to medical students, registrars, and clinical staff are essential components of this position.
  • Participation in the on-call roster is required, supporting a wide range of surgical and critical care services.

Essential requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Commitment to teaching, training, research and continuous quality improvement.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call roster and provide timely on-site support.
