Procurement and Manufacturing Expert

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Manufacturing professional to join our team as a Systems Analyst.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing applications to drive business growth and improvement.
  • You will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise (SME) advice on Procurement and Manufacturing processes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide SME advice on Procurement and Manufacturing processes, focusing on Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing applications.
  2. Offer active production support, resolving level 2 support tickets and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  3. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, collaborating with development and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  4. Perform complex system administration and maintenance functions, including system configuration to meet various business needs.
  5. Collaborate with the team to peer review system change solutions and coach/train peers to build a cross-functional-skilled team.
  6. Work with capability architects, cyber security architects, and wider business community SMEs to support and uplift ERP capability and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Oracle eBusiness modules, particularly Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains - iProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Bills of Material, Order Management, and Project Accounting.
  • Ability to engage in project-focused environments, providing functional and technical SME advice, contributing to project outcomes, solution designing, 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' mapping activities, leading and supporting project delivery, and 'Transition to Support' activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a focus on good customer service and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent data, process analysis, reporting, and design skills, along with strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience.
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory.
