Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Care Organiser to join our East Melbourne Metro team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our Home Care Programs, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain client and care staff schedules to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and care staff to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Proactively identify and address scheduling challenges, conflicts, and find solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Match client needs and preferences with care staff skills and availability.
- Document and communicate phone calls, emails, and other communication related to scheduling, including sick calls, rostering issues, and client inquiries.
- Communicate roster changes to clients and care staff effectively.
- Apply a continuous improvement approach to Uniting AgeWell's service delivery.
We are looking for a highly organized and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support services. If you have experience in creating and maintaining rosters, using client management systems, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Essentials for Working in Aged Care- A current Working With Children Check card.
