Wholesale Account Manager

Role Overview

A. Co is seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to join our A. Royale Wholesale Team. Reporting to the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include delivering sales of relevant brands to assigned wholesale customers/accounts and overall responsibility for managing the assigned account for the wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management: Sell in future ranges and deliver brand strategies, product stories, and key commercial objectives for each season to the accounts.
  • Order Book Management: Continuously monitor and manage the order book to drive positive stock management and achieve sales outcomes for the wholesale business.
  • Sell-Through Monitoring: Consistently monitor and report on sell-through of all wholesale accounts.
  • Process Efficiency: Ensure an efficient process for sales, finance, marketing, operations, and customer experience is achieved.
  • Communication: Deliver consistent communication with key personnel at all accounts and internal product teams.
  • Negotiation and Delivery: Support the negotiation, completion, and delivery of key commercial objectives, monitoring product sales, gross margins, contribution margins, product availability, and distribution effectiveness.
  • Market Awareness: Remain relevant to the brand being sold and the customer being serviced, as well as staying up-to-date with the overall marketplace.
  • Marketing Objectives: Establish and coordinate marketing objectives, policies, and programs within the context of the overall company plan.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a sales professional with a 'can-do' attitude. We are looking for someone who is a true team leader with strong account management/customer service skills and excellent leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated 3 years of sales/account management experience (preferred).
  • Understanding of retail, apparel & hard product categories.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable, passionate, and able to deliver results with limited direction.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Strong initiative.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organisational, verbal, and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a good sense of humour.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
