At A Co, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Key Account Sales Manager to join our Wholesale Team. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales of relevant brands to assigned wholesale customers/accounts and managing overall responsibility for the assigned account in our wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell in future ranges and deliver brand strategies, product stories, and key commercial objectives for each season to accounts.
  • Manage order books continuously and sell available free stock to drive positive stock management and achieve sales outcomes for the wholesale business.
  • Consistently monitor and report on sell-through of all wholesale accounts.
  • Ensure efficient processes for sales, finance, marketing, operations, and customer experience are achieved.
  • Deliver consistent communication with key personnel at all accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal product teams to ensure product development meets customer needs.
  • Support negotiation, completion, and delivery of key commercial objectives, monitoring product sales, gross margins, contribution margins, product availability, and distribution effectiveness, liaising with relevant personnel to identify deviations from plan/budget and reasons thereof.
  • Remain up-to-date with the marketplace, including market and competitive data.

Benefits and Salary

This role offers a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is based in Potts Point, NSW. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements and Skills

  • Demonstrated 3 years of sales/account management experience (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of retail, apparel, and hard product categories.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable, passionate, and able to deliver results with limited direction.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organisational, verbal, and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a good sense of humour.
