Job Title: Project Scheduler

Project Schedule Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Canberra, AU.

This is an exciting opportunity for a project management professional to deliver project schedule support services to multiple projects using Microsoft Project Server.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading program team schedule review and managing day-to-day schedule updates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and managing dependencies between master schedule, project delivery plans, and interdependent projects.
  • Ensuring the delivery of program outcomes in accordance with KPIs (within scope, time, cost, and quality).
  • Assisting in the establishment of program management controls and standards.
  • Delivering monthly updates of the Master Schedule to all stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in supporting multiple program and project teams.
  • Ability to work with a team and stakeholders to provide administration support.
  • Excellent document management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business or related field.
