A highly skilled and innovative functional consultant is sought to join a key role ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions with clients through product and implementation expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Become an expert across multiple Workday products with a focus on HCM and Talent.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype configuration, and assist them in testing the Workday solution.
  • Translate client requirements and legacy data into the Workday solution, working collaboratively with colleagues to develop solutions and streamline deployment processes.
  • Assist in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
About You
  • 5+ years of functional experience with HR & Payroll software solutions or systems.
  • Recent Australian Industry HR & Payroll experience.
  • Previous consulting experience, either with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.
  • Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
