You will handle inquiries, provide accurate estimates, and ensure timely communication throughout the service process. With approximately 15 retail Repair Orders (ROs) per day, you will work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. To support your well-being, we offer a unique perk—a nine-day fortnight schedule. This means you will have a paid day off every fortnight, allowing you to recharge and enjoy personal time. This flexibility promotes a positive and fulfilling work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role
- Great communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical knowledge
