Job Opportunity: Team Lead

We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead to manage a small team of eight to fourteen in a retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rostering, ordering, and daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning experience and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Experience managing a team, ideally in a retail or services environment, including such skills as creating and managing the roster, recruitment, training, and operations management
  • Ability to engage with other department managers, store leadership, and zone services managers to plan and coordinate routines
  • Organizational skills to ensure your team has the necessary equipment and consumables to work safely and efficiently
  • Superior people management skills, to help your team succeed and enjoy their work
  • Ability to effectively direct and coach team members, and lead by example
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including early starts, late starts, and weekend shifts
  • Enjoy engaging with customers, and provide optimal service
  • Care for sustainability in waste management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsible to work safely and within regulatory frameworks

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Current Australian driver's license
