Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and diligent HR Business Partner to support our Residential Aged Care portfolio. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract opportunity for a professional who can provide specialist advice and coaching on effective people management.

  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace culture, policy interpretation and application
  • Conducting thorough investigations and offering recommendations for resolution
  • Counseling leaders on strategies and processes for effective people management
  • Participating in HR Specialist Project Teams as allocated
  • Analyzing and reporting on people metrics, identifying trends and areas for action
  • Collaborating with leaders to navigate the people planning and delivery aspects of organizational change projects
  • Ongoing travel to regional locations may be required

 

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Significant experience in high volume/fast paced HRBP positions within Aged Care, Health Care, FMCG or related environments
  • Demonstrated experience working with unions on people matters
  • Extensive knowledge of employment legislation, regulations and Enterprise Agreements
  • Advanced coaching, influencing and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience with volume ER & IR related matters
  • Current Driver's Licence, own car and willingness to travel
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check
