Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Business Innovation group, this role will focus on driving business expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the corporate sector, leveraging relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Cross-sell and upsell existing customer base, generating revenue growth through solution demonstrations and negotiation of complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to monthly revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term retention.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in complex sales cycles and solution selling.
  • Strong finance automation skills, including AR, AP, and cash flow management, as well as digital forms/process automation.
  • A hunter mentality, with a history of developing net-new logo business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver results-driven solutions.
