Our Programs
School-Based Traineeships
The School-Based Traineeship Program is designed for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students in Year 11 and 12. This program offers the opportunity to gain valuable skills and confidence in a safe and secure environment, while also providing vital on-the-job experience.
Full-Time/Part-Time Traineeships
The Full-Time Traineeship Program provides Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander job seekers with the opportunity to develop into a role over 12-18 months. This program includes ongoing training and support to build skills and confidence, with the potential to be offered a permanent position upon completion.
University Internships
In partnership with CareerTrackers, we offer Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander university students an opportunity to gain first-hand experience aligned to their degree, plus a pathway onto our Graduate Program.
Experienced Hire Opportunities
We constantly seek experienced Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander job seekers to join our team. Our dedicated Indigenous Careers team provides guidance and support with applications throughout the process.
