About the Role

  1. Develop and implement strategies to support Indigenous employment initiatives
  2. Provide coaching and mentoring to Indigenous employees to help them achieve their career goals
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development
  4. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to Indigenous employment
