Learning and Development Expert

As a Learning and Development Training Administrator, you will play a key role in administering training programs, managing staff proficiency levels, and coaching colleagues to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a training administration environment, intermediate skills with Microsoft Suite and Learning Management Systems, and technical expertise in Seertech LMS. They will possess excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years' experience in a training administration environment
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite of programs
- Intermediate experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Seertech Solutions
- Technical expertise in the Seertech LMS
- Ability to identify new processes and procedures for implementing the LMS
- Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information
