Job Opportunity

Lead Quality Professional

This role involves spearheading site compliance, upholding and expanding NATA accreditation, overseeing audits, developing and monitoring quality, safety, and environmental systems, directing LIMS development and rollout, and coordinating new projects as directed by senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing accreditations for the site and specific tests.
  • Drive compliance and achieve NATA accreditation for additional tests targeted by senior management.
  • Coordinate NATA/TGA/safety training.

The ideal candidate will possess a science degree or similar, NATA training and internal auditor training, experience in a similar role ensuring NATA compliance, commercial laboratory or NATA lab experience, LIMS experience or similar, internal audits experience, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate and influence others to drive system consistency.
