Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Expert to oversee key functions and drive production goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimise supply chain operations across inventory, logistics, procurement, and team management.
- Develop accurate inventory forecasts; balance demand with stock levels; analyse consumption patterns and market dynamics.
- Oversee transportation, freight costs, customs compliance, and export controls; ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain supplier records; manage RFQs and sourcing; monitor purchase orders and subcontracted repair activities.
- Lead and coach the supply chain team; manage staff qualifications, training, leave, and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience (5+ years in supply chain).
- Aviation industry experience, ideally with technical knowledge of gas turbine engines.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of Incoterms, export controls, and aviation regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data clearly.
- Proactive, reliable individual with strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
