Supply Chain Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Supply Chain Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of supply chain operations across multiple sites. This involves developing and implementing effective logistics and freight frameworks to drive business performance and achieve strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Oversee warehouse operations, distribution, and transportation of products with partners.
- Assess performance and resolve disputes.
- Manage freight provider contracts and negotiate rates.
- Monitor daily KPI performance and review supply chain operations.
- Implement best practices for continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in supply chain management roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and systems.
- Core commercial and financial acumen with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and planning skills.
