Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing efficient purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with expertise in inventory management, supplier negotiations, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management:
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management plans to maintain optimal stock levels at minimum cost.
    • Negotiate supplier contracts to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Supply Chain Coordination:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.
    • Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet supply demands while minimizing excess stock.
  • Distribution and Logistics:
    • Oversee transportation and forwarding logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
    • Supervise the recording of all purchase, storage, and distribution transactions.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement:
    • Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
    • Direct and supervise supply chain staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management or related field.
  • At least 1-year relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin.
