About Our SAP Business Expertise

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support a major ERP transformation programme focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

SAP Business Analyst – S/4HANA EPPM Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define and document EPPM system requirements.
  • Analyse and streamline business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Support solution design, data migration and system integration activities.
  • Contribute to test planning, UAT and resolution of implementation issues.
  • Develop training materials, documentation and provide end-user support.
  • Identify risks, gaps and dependencies while ensuring alignment to program objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business, ICT and vendor teams.
About You
  • 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP ERP solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related modules (EPPM, ECC, FICO, MM).
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP transformation, migration and large-scale implementations.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and vendor collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and reporting capability to support data cleansing and system optimisation.
  • High level of organisation, written communication and emotional intelligence.
