Lead and Deliver

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our new headspace Manjimup Centre. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving outcomes and establishing a successful team culture.

  • Develop and meet organisational strategic goals through operational plans.
  • Cultivate a dynamic team by coordinating recruitment and establishment of staff in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Effectively manage centre resources including financial, IT, and material assets.
  • Sustain audit, accreditation, reporting, and fidelity processes aligned with contractual and organisational requirements.
  • Foster necessary local stakeholder relationships, including establishing and coordinating the Consortium.
  • Provide line management and ensure clinical supervision for direct reports and Clinical Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact working alongside community and a national brand. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience within mental health and/or non-government sectors.
