Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our team in Deeside. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation of heavy machinery, planning work on a daily basis, and ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards of Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of mechanical site trades
  • Plan and coordinate work on a daily basis
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor and report on progress, identifying and mitigating any delays or problems encountered on-site
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain a positive safety culture

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid SMSTS, NEBOSH, or IOSH certificate
  • Be in possession of a valid CSCS or CCNSG card
  • Have experience of managing mechanical projects on industrial sites
  • Be goal-oriented, organized, and a team player
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
