Centre Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the establishment and success of our new centre.

• Develop and implement operational plans that align with our organisational goals, vision, and mission.
• Foster an engaging team culture by coordinating the recruitment and establishment of centre staff in partnership with Human Resources.
• Ensure the effective and efficient management of the centre, including financial, IT and material resources.
• Support ongoing audit, accreditation, reporting and fidelity processes for all programs in line with funding, contractual and organisational requirements.
• Build and maintain necessary local stakeholder relationships, including establishing and coordinating the centre's Consortium.
• Provide strategic leadership and clinical supervision to direct reports and ensure the Clinical Lead and Clinical Team receive appropriate guidance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health and/or non-government sector, with demonstrated management experience including providing operational support and clinical supervision. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, including people management and change management expertise.
