We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Advisor to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing our SHEQ strategy, promoting a culture of safety excellence, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SHEQ policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve SHEQ performance goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to staff on SHEQ matters, including incident investigation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (Essential)
  • Construction Safety Induction White Card (Essential)
  • 3+ years' demonstrated experience in a SHEQ position.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance requirements.
  • Workplace First Aid Certificate and valid CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • ICAM investigation or equivalent
