Trolley Collection and Maintenance Role

This role involves ensuring trolleys are available to use, maintaining cleanliness of stores and facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing daily tasks allocated in the planner, such as sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms
  • Collecting trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas on foot
  • Working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
  • Assisting customers with queries or directions in-store
  • Receiving full training in operating various equipment and tools to make job easier and safer
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An ambitious mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality results
  • Physical fitness, as this role involves physically demanding tasks
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
  • A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for cleanliness
