Operations Manager

A dynamic and results-driven leader is required to oversee the daily operations of our stores. This challenging full-time salaried role involves working across various store environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support staff. You will also be required to create rosters to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with Store Leadership to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities. You will also complete time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Other key aspects of this role include ordering consumables for stores, maintaining stock within budget, and providing hands-on contribution by performing core operational tasks alongside the team. Your physical fitness and ability to work in different environments will be essential in this position.
The ideal candidate will possess an ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people. They will be flexible, organized, and able to work within a regulated framework. A valid full Australian driver's license is required for collecting trolleys using our vehicles.
