Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled HR professional to oversee the workforce development of our newly created Lifelong Learning function.

This role would suit an experienced HR Business Partner looking to drive innovative HR initiatives and provide strategic direction and change advice for a client group.

  • The ideal candidate will have contemporary generalist HR experience in large and complex organisations.
  • A proven track record in influencing best HR practice, navigating workforce options within scope of Enterprise Agreements.
  • An innovative mindset to lead the development and implementation of effective HR solutions and initiatives across: recruitment, global mobility, workforce planning, remuneration and benefits, industrial relations, organisational development and workplace diversity HR practices and legislation.
  • Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, professional and consistent HR services.

Key Requirements:

HR Experience: Contemporary generalist HR experience in large and complex organisations.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate workforce options within scope of Enterprise Agreements.

Communication: Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, professional and consistent HR services.
