About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager/Associate to support our Data Center projects in Sydney and work with our dynamic cost management team. As a key member of our MEP team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management services across all aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior cost management support to our project teams, including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claims, and variation assessments.
  • Develop and present detailed cost plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Measure and validate building elements for cost planning purposes.
  • Engage with industry stakeholders to obtain quotations and pricing information to support cost estimation.
  • Prepare and evaluate progress claims and variations, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Requirements

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of postgraduate experience in cost management.
  • Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) membership or progression towards membership.
  • Prior experience with CostX software is highly desirable.
  • A minimum Defence clearance or Australian citizenship.
