Lead a High-Performing Team in Luxury Fashion

Join The Talent Mill, a bespoke recruitment consultancy and talent acquisition specialist within the fashion, lifestyle, and retail industries, as we seek an exceptional Dual-Site Manager to lead our two high-performing retail locations in Melbourne.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting brand standards for delivery of exceptional customer service, driving sales to hit daily store targets and KPIs across boutiques, and designing and implementing business strategy to develop strategic KPIs such as conversion rate, cross-selling, and bags business development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury customer service, preferably in accessories, and experience in CRM and VIP building. They will also possess a solutions-focused approach, diligence, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Set brand standards for delivery of exceptional customer serviceDrive sales to hit daily store targets and KPIs across boutiquesDesign and implement business strategy to develop strategic KPIsEnsure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectationsImplement clienteling and ensure clients' engagement, recruitment, retention, and upgrading with high attention on local domestic clientsBuild the best team through team development, recruitment, and retention, ensuring career development and succession plansGrant the right level of coaching and development to all team members to develop their skills and qualities

Requirements:

Solutions-focused approachDiligence, organization, and attention to detailStrong communication skillsLuxury customer service background, preferably in accessoriesCRM and VIP building experienceMinimum 5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion brands
