Welcome to a unique opportunity with Frontline Retail Melbourne As our next Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy while working collaboratively in a creative and autonomous setting.
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead their small but supportive team at their head office. This position offers a chance to develop innovative recruitment strategies, foster a positive work culture, oversee performance reviews, and contribute to the overall HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with our brand values.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes and support managers in employee development and career progression.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance skills and career growth within the team.
- HR Strategy: Contribute to the overall HR strategy, helping to grow and evolve the HR function as we scale.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the luxury fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A passion for fashion and understanding of the luxury market is a plus.
