This is a part-time opportunity to work with families with children aged 0-12.
The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating evidence-based parenting education and skills groups, as well as planning and delivering supported playgroups in targeted community areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate evidence-based parenting education and skills groups for children and parents/carers.
- Plan and deliver supported playgroups in targeted community areas.
- Build strong relationships with families based on honesty, transparency, and trust.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal and external services.
- Tertiary qualification in Children's Services or Community Services.
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and experience of working with children and their parents/carers.
- Experience running evidence-based groups for children and parents/carers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
