  • Our team delivers innovative solutions to address these complex issues by providing emergency accommodation, court support, children's activities, outreach support, advocacy, housing support, child support, and referrals.
  • We foster resilience, safety, and empowerment for families through culturally diverse and safe services.

About the Role

As a Targeted Early Intervention Caseworker, you will provide intensive case management to women and children at risk of homelessness, domestic and family violence, and other complex issues.

  • You will develop client-led case plans using trauma-informed approaches and engage in outreach service delivery as needed.
  • Build strong networks to support client outcomes and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to organisational events, workshops, and community programs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in case management, preferably within domestic and family violence/homelessness contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection, trauma, mental health, AOD, and legal issues impacting families.
  • Commitment to strengths-based, feminist, trauma-informed, and culturally safe practice.
  • A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence, National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid certificate.
