Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. As a Specialist in Family Law, you will provide support to clients navigating complex family law and/or care and protection proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical expertise to address the socio-legal needs of vulnerable clients, including risk assessment, safety planning, and support in attending Court.
  • Develop holistic, culturally appropriate approaches to complex family law matters by collaborating with in-house legal staff.
  • Thriving in high-volume environments, effectively navigate competing demands and rigid deadlines while maintaining a client-centred focus.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 5 years minimum relevant experience in a social science field.
  • Diploma Level 5 and above (minimum 2 years study).
  • A strong commitment to understanding the legal system and working autonomously within a team.
  • A valid Working with Children Check and ability to work remotely.
