About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Accountant to join our Real Estate Management Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing accounting support and management of trust accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare month-end financials and reporting for properties, ensuring timely delivery of reports and trust account functions as required.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and resolve issues, including reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy with timely reporting to clients and management.
  • Assist property managers to prepare outgoings reconciliations and annual budgets.
  • Work closely with the AP and AR team to ensure processing is accurate and assist with queries.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all levels of staff from senior level management to technical staff.
