Portfolio Accountant

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Accountant to join our Client Accounting Services team in Parramatta. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing financial data, providing accurate reporting, and ensuring the smooth operation of the portfolio of assigned assets.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly financial reports, including client-specific reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
- Assist in allocating EFT rental payments from tenants.
- Process annual budgets and outgoings recovery.
- Raise monthly management commissions.
- Reconcile GST reports.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, such as Property Managers, to ensure reporting is completed in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Possess sound accounting knowledge and technical skills.
- Prior experience in the property industry or MRI system is desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders.
- Sound written and oral communication skills, along with a proactive and friendly approach.
- Achievement or studying towards professional qualifications (CA/CPA) is desirable.
