Funeral Service Coordinator Role

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Funeral Service Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping families through a difficult time, ensuring that their loved ones receive the respect and dignity they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the funeral service, working closely with the family to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Implement the funeral plan on the day, directing the team and providing support and guidance for the family.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests and solving problems in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service ethos and excellent communication skills.
  • Professional attitude, with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
  • Ability to work effectively with grieving families and the deceased.
  • Full unrestricted driver's license.
