About our funeral service team

We are seeking a supportive and compassionate individual to join our team as an assistant to our funeral directors. As a Funeral Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping families navigate difficult times.

Key responsibilities:

  • Funeral vehicle presentation: Ensure that our vehicles are presented at a high standard at all times.
  • Collaboration with the team: Work closely with our funeral directors and other team members to bring dignity and respect to those we care for.
  • Proceedings management: Oversee proceedings on the day, implementing pre-arranged plans and addressing any ad-hoc requests from families.

About you:

  • Customer service ethos: You must have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Professional attitude: A professional and empathetic approach towards people is essential.
  • Comfort with grieving families: You should be comfortable working with families who are experiencing grief and loss.
  • Driver's license: Full unrestricted driver's license required.
