About the Opportunity

The Production Coordinator plays a pivotal role in orchestrating efficient and high-quality production workflows. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured team settings and enjoys working with precision and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, finalise, and distribute detailed production plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and manage production schedules to maximise workflow efficiency and resource utilisation.
  • Provide customers with clear and timely daily and weekly progress updates.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor parts availability and coordinate procurement to prevent operational delays.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance, repairs, and scheduled servicing activities.
  • Evaluate production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions to improve productivity.
  • Prepare variation bills of materials and cost estimates as required for scope changes.

About you

You're a qualified mechanical tradesperson with a strong foundation in workshop planning and coordination. Your hands-on experience in scheduling and workflow management is backed by a deep understanding of maintenance operations and inventory control.
