About the Role

As an Engineering / Design Manager, you will lead a dynamic team in Adelaide, driving technical excellence, business growth, and client satisfaction across various projects.

You will oversee all aspects of façade engineering, from design to project delivery, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to regional strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering façade engineering projects with high technical standards and compliance.
  • Providing technical leadership and professional development for your team.
  • Supporting regional strategic planning, financial management, and business growth initiatives.
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Actively participating in industry events and knowledge-sharing forums to enhance our profile.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualifications in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with relevant experience in the facades industry.
  • Proven experience as a design/engineering manager within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organisational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
