Project Manager Job Opportunity

Are you an experienced Senior Project Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our team in South Australia and drive the success of our major projects.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to oversee project planning, technical execution, team resourcing, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring the growth of our business in South Australia by engaging with existing clients and managing onsite teams of Project Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery from tender handover to completion
  • Lead planning, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability
  • Provide regular progress and financial reporting (P&L, KPIs)
  • Lead and support site teams including engineers and prefabrication leads
  • Coordinate subcontractors and material supply
  • Maintain compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures
  • Develop strong client relationships and represent the company on-site
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in engineering or project management roles (with at least 2 years in Australia)
  • Proven experience delivering safe, high-quality, and profitable projects
  • Solid knowledge of reinforcement, temporary works, and prefabrication
  • Strong understanding of commercial risk and project management
  • Engineering degree or equivalent preferred
