Assistant Manager Role

We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to take on the role of Assistant Manager at our popular pub. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong relationships with our staff and customers, and will be committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Publican in ensuring the smooth operation of the pub, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Publican in the management of the pub
  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a hospitality management role
  • Proven track record in leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
