Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Geotechnical Professional to lead our projects in Perth, Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in geotechnical engineering with a strong background in managing projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects including the development, review and approvals of technical specifications, drawings and design reports and tender packages for major tailings dams, mine waste facilities, containment facilities and mine infrastructure projects.
  • Lead conceptual and detailed engineering designs, engineering studies, feasibility studies and condition assessments.
  • Work closely with clients from concept design through to construction, commissioning and operation stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and work continually to develop business.
  • Travel within Australia and internationally to various field locations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering with expertise in managing projects and leading teams.
  • Strong background in managing multidisciplinary projects, including technical specifications, drawings and design reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Able to travel extensively within Australia and internationally.
