Expert Geotechnical Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing and analyzing geotechnical activities to ensure high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in soil mechanics and demonstrated experience in geotechnical investigation and analysis of foundations, embankments and cut slopes etc. Excellent communication and reporting skills are essential, as well as a proven track record in site project management and client liaison.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise geotechnical site investigations, logging, mapping and reporting.
- Compile field investigation data for input, leading to the creation of design parameters.
- Prepare geotechnical reports.
- Assess slope stability, foundation bearing capacities and settlements etc.
- Design ground improvement.
- A Bachelor degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering, with post-graduate qualification highly regarded.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience within the civil and mining industry.
- Familiarity with use of Slope/W, Plaxis, Flac and AutoCad software.
