
Commercial Fitout Contracts Coordinator

The role of Contract Administrator is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing and coordinating contract-related activities. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and collate tender documentation, including award processes.
- Develop and implement subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
- Assist in progress claim processing and external variations.
- Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts.
- Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
- Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
- Maintain the project HSE system.
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a head contractor in Australia, within the fitout and refurbishment space.
- Intermediate-level Contracts Administrators are welcome to apply.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management are preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
- Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
