Commercial Contracts Coordinator Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work in a dynamic team responsible for delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across Australia.

The role will be based at the head office on the Central Coast, where you will be accountable for preparing, compiling and assessing tender documentation, including award.

  • Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
  • Supporting with progress claim assistance and external variations.
  • Reviewing, negotiating and finalising subcontracts.
  • Managing and tracking project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims.
  • Administering RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.
  • Administering the project HSE system.

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia within the fitout and refurbishment space.
  • More intermediate level Contracts Administrators are welcome to apply.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management are preferred, but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
  • Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
